Cancellation Window
We require 24 hours' notice for all order cancellations. This allows us to coordinate ingredients, staffing, and delivery logistics for every event we serve.
Refund Process
- Cancelled 24+ hours in advance: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cancelled within 24 hours of delivery: The order is non-refundable but may be rescheduled to another date subject to availability.
- Same-day cancellations: Not eligible for refund or rescheduling once preparation has begun.
